The Bakery space seamlessly transitions from day to night as the monthly, rotating tasting menu comes to life with counter seating facing the open kitchen.

This month, we invite you to a special edition of the Chef’s Counter at Greywind as Chef Dan Kluger welcomes Chef Jake Howell of Peninsula in Nashville. Enjoy this unique experience with chefs Kluger and Howell as they collaborate to create a one of a kind tasting menu highlighting Kluger’s use of seasonal ingredients alongside Howell’s Spanish and French techniques for one night only.
