About
Don't judge a beet by its color.
Introducing Greywind by award-winning Chef Dan Kluger, a comfortable, inviting restaurant in Hudson Yards where seasonal, local ingredients are at the heart of everything we cook. The menu is designed to be shared at the table with highlighting seasonal vegetable-forward small plates and sides, simply prepared fish and meats along with a varitety of snacks and small plates to start things off.
Alongside these dishes are Greywind favorites like our house-made “cheese-its” and our cheeseburger (named Grub Street’s Best Burger of 2023). The beverage program highlights small and up-and-coming New York producers, from winemakers to brewers to distillers.
Right next door, The Bakery at Greywind offers fresh-baked breads, pastries, sandwiches, and salads throughout the day along with a curated selection of our favorite candies, snacks and provisions.
Nestled below Greywind, you will find Spygold, an intimate cocktail bar complete with a fireplace. The 58-seat restaurant, bakery, and Spygold are designed by Parts & Labor Design (other projects include The Grey, Atera, and The Panorama Room). The design of the dining room nods to a modern farmhouse in the Hudson Valley, where friends and family gather, and features floor-to-ceiling windows, elements of natural wood, bronze fixtures, and natural linens, warmly inviting you in, perfect for any experience, from date night to group dining to business dinner with colleagues.
We are conveniently located a few blocks north of the Hudson Yards shopping center, The Vessel and The Shed, steps away from Javits Center and a quick stroll from Madison Square Garden and the theater district. We look forward to welcoming you to Greywind soon.
